Therapy is about the individual and therapist working together requiring an investment from both. Helping persons adopt new attitudes toward fear, pain, and feelings of despair, learning how to re-frame thoughts and becoming mindful can result in life-altering perspectives. I incorporate holistic, healing-centered, Emotion Focused, Cognitive Behavioural, Dialectical Behaviour and Mindfulness approaches to facilitate self- exploration, self-understanding, and knowledge of contextual factors while supporting steps towards changing self-defeating behaviour.
Fees
Initial Telephone Consultation - up to 30 minutes (Free)
Intake Assessment - 1 hour 15 minutes $190.00 **
Individual Therapy Session – 50 minutes - $180.00 **
Please consider checking with your extended health benefits provider or your employer or private insurance plans to see if Counselling and/or psychotherapy is a covered service.
Method of payment - Cheque, or e-transfer at the end of the session.
